How personal data is processed when you use the contact form and this site.

We collect your name, email address, subject and message through the contact form, and technical connection and security records when you visit the site. Please do not include sensitive personal data or identity documents in your message. Form data is sent from your browser to FormSubmit for email delivery; the site does not keep a separate message database.
We use this data to receive and answer your request, discuss services and quotations, maintain security, and meet legal duties where applicable. Depending on your request, the legal grounds may include establishment or performance of a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698, legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), and applicable legal obligations. Analytics and advertising technologies depend on your separate cookie choices.
Form content is shared with FormSubmit and the receiving mailbox provider. The hosting provider may process technical access and security data. If you follow external map or WhatsApp links, the relevant provider may process data under its own terms. These services may process data abroad; any transfer requires a separate assessment under applicable Turkish data protection rules and safeguards.
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Messages are retained in the receiving mailbox for the period needed to handle your request and any applicable statutory period, then deleted or anonymised. Retention of technical logs depends on hosting and security service settings.
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, ask that these changes be communicated to recipients, object to certain automated outcomes, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send requests with information sufficient to verify your identity to the address above or through a legally accepted electronic method. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
